Yesterday

I am very happy with Silver Leaf Animal Hospital. I changed because the place I was going to for years was so expensive and the prices are much better here. They took very good care of my dog. They were all very nice and helpful from the ladies at the Front desk, the nurses, and the Vet. They were very caring for my fur baby.

I used to love this place. Thought they did a good job caring for my pets. Then it seemed like it became a hassle for them to do so. Started with small things then it progressively got worse. Starting with the vet not returning my calls to telling me thay they didn't send me an email( I showed them proof that they did) but the lady was basically calling me a liar and was very passive aggressive. I kept calling and my number got sent to an animal emergency clinic but when my dog's trainer called the same number they picked right up. I was skeptical at first so I had my daughter call and they picked up on the first ring while mine kept going to the emergency vet. Even they thought it was odd. So, they do good work, but very unprofessional.
