Scroggins Animal Hospital

The most amazing veterinarian hospital ever. I cannot say enough about the quality of care that my dog received. Every single interaction with each and every staff member was nothing short of incredible. Absolutely love this place and wholeheartedly recommend!!!

I have being Taking my small chihuahua to Scroggins Animal hospital.To see what was wrong with him so the Vet prescribed the medication for my dog. I went to fill prescription at walmart neighborhood market because it was cheaper for me than getting it there. So I whent to the pharmacy with the prescription to see how much it cost. Then the pharmacist said I can't fill the prescription because the milligrams was too high 25mg a day for a 12lb small dog like him he should have being taken 10mg a day so they had to call the vet and see if they can Wright another prescription. The only thing is the last 3 weeks he has been taking the high dose.I feel that they should of tested the Kidneys first then gave my dog the correct dose.A mistake like that could cause my dogs Kidneys to have problems.Then after I picked up the correct prescription, I looked at the pill size it really was small pills. The pharmacist told me to cut the pill in 4 sections and give my dog 1/4 of a pill twice a day.I was fine with that. The only thing was I asked my self how I'm going to this pill that was real small.So nobody Can't with my Question.So I went back to my Vet to ask how I was going to do this.Instead of the telling how to do it correctly. One of the nurses took the prescription from me to cut it herself.I did not ask her to do this but she took it upon herself to do it anyway.Then while I was waiting for her to get done. The owner of Scroggins Animal Hospital Started to let me know disrespectfully, that they are only going to cut the pills this time only.She was assuming that I was expecting them to cut the pills all the Time. The owner was real Rude person. She needs to learn how to talk to her Costumers better. Not to assuming things without knowing the facts.she needs to figure out why they send my small dog with a High dose of that drug. Instead of the correct one. So my experience with Scroggins veteranian Hospital was real bad at the least.

Staff is so caring my pity just love them they always treat her good would recommend them to anyone

I recently adopted a kitten and had an amazing experience at Scroggins Animal Clinic today. Everyone I interacted with—from the front desk staff to the vet tech to the veterinarian herself—was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. They treated my little kitty with so much patience and care, even though he can be a bit spicy at times. The visit was also very reasonably priced, and I really appreciated how thorough they were in explaining everything to me, especially what to expect while my kitten recovers from his virus/cold. Needless to say, I highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for a vet. This is actually my first Google review, which says a lot about how positive my experience was.
