I would give 10 stars if I could!! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Grace and the incredible people who work here. ❤️ Both Sydney and Charlie have been patients here, and this clinic has cared for my fur babies through some of the happiest moments and some of the hardest. When it was time to say goodbye to Sydney, they treated the entire experience with such compassion, gentleness, and respect. They understood that she wasn’t “just a dog”—she was family. They made an incredibly heartbreaking moment as peaceful and loving as it possibly could have been, and I will forever be grateful for that. Charlie has also had several emergency visits, and every single time, they have gone above and beyond for him. They have shown him so much care and patience, and they have also taken the time to reassure and support me when I was scared and worried. You can tell that the people here genuinely love animals and truly care about the families attached to them. I have never once felt like Charlie was just another patient or that I was just another client. They have consistently made us feel cared for, heard, and important. I honestly cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I will NEVER go to another vet. They are stuck with me and my fur babies forever! 😂❤️🐾 Thank you for taking such incredible care of Sydney and Charlie and for treating them—and us—with so much love and compassion. You are truly special people, and I’m so grateful we found you. ❤️🐾

I honestly just happened to pick All Better from google when I first moved to Yukon. I’m happy that I did tho! The office is beautiful and always very clean. The staff is amazing! Always kind and understanding. My dog (Ollie) gets extremely nervous but the staff was amazing with him. After my baby had a seizure they got him in super quick to get a certain blood test and X-rays. I was expecting Ollie to be shaking for the rest of the day but he was totally fine! Thank you for taking such amazing care of Ollie and everyone else’s baby.

Took my 12 y.o., 35lb. cat there who had an infected tooth! I asked them to please pull the tooth. But instead they said they had to do over $500.00 in lab work first to make sure my kitten didnt have any infections! I looked at the nurse like she was stupid and said, well of course he has an infection I can tell just by looking that his tooth is infected and needs to be pulled!! Well then she leaves and comes back, there are 2 options, you can do $500.00+ in lab work to make sure he doesn't have any infections, then $250.00 for this and $300.00 for that and soon enough the total was over $1300.00 just to pull a tooth!! Option 2 is to give him some pain medicine and antibiotics and take him home still for over $300.00 mind you!! I did, I took the pain meds and antibiotics and took my kitten home because at the time I didnt have $1300.00 to fork over for pulling a tooth! Sadly a few days later my kitten passed away not from infection or anything like that, he passed from starvation because I couldn't afford $1300.00 just to pull a damned tooth! This place is a rip off they see your pet as a gold mine because they know you pay whatever price they ask to get your babies well again! I should have thought about it and taken my kitten to Southwest Animal Hospital in Geary to Doc. Burns he would've pulled that infected tooth right away and I bet for less than $40.00 because he does it for the love of the pets not a get rich quick scheme!! All Better Veterinary Service, yes it's all better only when you charge each of your patients minimum $1000.00 for the most minor things! All better for your pocket is what it is!! What has this world come to? Thats all you people care about is get rich quick? You should be ashamed of yourselves!! These are helpless pets even though their owners might do anything and everything they can for them! You are far worse than any scheming criminal I have ever known!!
