I was using this place, but they talked me into their petley insurance plan for my dog . Now yes it does come in handy BUT this place is so expensive that was the only reason I used them and close to home. But I guess since it is a hospital it costs more . I got the basic plan but have been struggling and lost my job and struggled for a couple months there . So I asked them to cancel it . They did not tell me u til that point that because I had brought my girl in and found out she has doggie cancer :( and used up my supposed one of three free dr visits that I could not cancel it until I was paid up for the visit... wich doesn't make sense. So basically its free as long as u keep paying but God forbid you struggle and loose income then they just wait for a spouse or family member to need them and charge them! For someone else's bill! I won't be using them anymore . Yes I do have to drive now but have a much better and cheaper vet now that actually know and care about our background. This place is kinda like a dog ER come and go no real relationship not for me anyway they always seemed in a hurry and just wanted to vaccinate for something everytime we went in after learning about my dogs MCT we have went holistically and love it ! No more unnecessary vaccines and poison she has got so much better we can only manage it but I have learned so much and glad we didn't go with the 1500 dollar amputation of her body part like saho was pushing for . Yes we stay up on rabies but that's all you really have to have and its better for the babies . Just like human poison alot of the " pet friendly" stuff the vet suggests and pushes is not good for them either ! Its money for them though so they push it just like human dr.s HOLISTIC IS THE WAY TO GO !

Got my dogs teeth cleaned there yesterday. Hands down, had the best experience. The best part was no added cost at the end, which I am not used too. Found a new vet
