Last year when they were still Walnut Creek animal hospital, they were very helpful with me with my dog, giving me advice on what to do over the phone, and then we're very helpful when we came in ultimately having going to pay for a visit. This year, under new owners, when I call and ask for advice that they can give me no information "the vets are very busy, and cannot render services unless you pay for them." Refusing to talk to me at all, despite money I've already given them. I can tell that their policies have changed, and the empathy is not big here unless you have a wallet ready to pay up front. Your pets will be great, as long as you're not poor.

Not pleased in the way in the way we were treated. We picked up a puppy off the side of the highway someone else must have dropped off to find for himself. Took him to this vet. He had two broken bones in his front leg, hook works, round worms and a skin infection. They splinted his leg, treated him for worms. Instructed us to bring him back for follow up treatments and for us to keep his leg dry. We both work full time and have a 9 month old baby. The two follow up appointments my wife was treated and spoken to very poorly. After spending close to $700, they asked us to surrender the dog. Why they didn’t offer to find him a home on our first visit is unknown. I do not and will not ever be back to this vet nor will I ever recommend it
