I called to clear up a miscommunication regarding how we wanted to proceed with our dogs medical treatment- and originally had a very pleasant conversation with Allison, but then eventually talked to the front desk lady named Julie. I'm absolutely shocked with the way Julie spoke to me over the phone. Extremely hateful and condescending. I never leave bad reviews but I felt personally responsible to share how awful of an experience we had in hopes to prevent the same from happening to anyone else. Genuinely hope the owners will listen to a recording of our phone call to understand what a detriment to their business she is and take the proper steps to make it right.
Over the last 2ish months I’ve had a cat diagnosed Diabetic and one that ended up having a mass and needing surgery for removal! Throughout this whole process the staff have been fantastic and even though my bank account hated it, I feel like their prices are fair! I’ve personally had nothing but pleasant experiences here and will definitely keep coming back!
our dog gets groomed there
Dr. Hannah Baker has joined the office. Very easy to talk with.
I’ve been bringing my animals to Will Rogers Animal Hospital for over 8 years, and this review is honestly disappointing for me to write because I’ve trusted this clinic for a long time. My issue is not with the veterinarians themselves, but with the front desk staff and overall customer experience during recent visits. Over the last several appointments and phone calls, the atmosphere has felt increasingly unwelcoming and frustrating. I have waited over 45 minutes on hold on several occasions just trying to reach the front desk, and today alone I sat on hold for 25 minutes before finally giving up and hanging up. That’s extremely frustrating when you’re simply trying to ask a basic question or get information about your pet. Interactions at the front desk also often come across as irritated, dismissive, or like clients are inconveniencing them by being there. When people are bringing in sick or beloved pets, they want reassurance, kindness, professionalism, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that has not been the experience lately. The energy at the front desk feels cold and inconsistent, which reflects poorly on the clinic as a whole. I genuinely think management should reevaluate customer service at the front desk because first impressions and communication matter tremendously in this kind of business. I still appreciate the veterinarians and the care they’ve given my pets over the years, but the customer experience has declined enough that it’s becoming hard to ignore.
