I found my experience with this groomer very confusing and flat out unprofessional. My dog had only seen her twice, the first time went well but I was not happy with how unorganized the groomer seemed. When I made the appointment call she did not mention that she was cash only which really caught me off guard cuz literally who is cash only these days? Then she explained that since she works alone, she has to wait until 10am to even get started on the dogs? I found that very odd and also very odd that she worked alone. So around the 2nd time I was well prepared and knew what to expect, this time I wanted my dog to be shaved down a bit more since it was getting hotter. I walked in, she did not greet me, just asked which dog I had which I found very rude. We proceeded and I explained I wanted him shaved a little since he was getting hot and she said "she would do what he will let her do" which was confusing to me because I thought I was coming to pay for a service to be done, not be told this was something that could "maybe" be done...? Then out of nowhere she started telling me that God created these dogs with the hair they have for a reason and they are meant to have the length they have through all seasons. I was so lost. I am sitting here thinking wow, is this lady trying to get out of doing her job...? It was so weird. I knew that morning when I walked out that I would not be bringing my dog back there. Then later I discovered she had a horrible incident with my mother who was calling to pick up my dog, she was so rude to my mother on the phone and seemed to do nothing but complain about the dogs being...dogs? Just a very strange situation. The woman is clearly overworked and is just too old to be doing all of what she is doing by herself. Luckily I found a new grooming home for my pup, they are super kind, efficient AND have APPLE PAY!! Hmmmppphhhhh!! 😤

Debra is a really kind lady & loves fur babies she ALWAYS does a beautiful job. I have one yappy, fearful older dog & one wild child. She is so kind & patient with all.
