Changed review from 5 star to 3 star. Capable of competent care. they have treated our pets well . Being regular long time customers I brought in a stray kitten found an hour before at Adams Park. It's siblings were killed by a stray dog .Kitten was rescued and unharmed, small and malnourished. We were hoped they would share in the compassion of the stray and not charge the full walk-in fee. Unfortunately business before compassion , they insisted on a 100.00 dollar walk in charge before they would even look at the abandoned animal. I was sadly disappointed. El Reno Animal Shelter accepted the kitten immediately and provided accomodations with food and water.
