While this vet has some great qualities I can’t say for sure if I’ll be back. Some good qualities would be the friendly staff, a knowledgeable vet, and their care to reach out for updates if your pet is having problems. The only reason I don’t know if I can return is because I feel I was unfairly charged. A couple weeks ago I established new care with this vet and paid the yearly fee. My kittens were having issues which have since resolved. Then less than two weeks later my kittens were due for a vaccine. So I take them in expecting to be charged for a vaccine. They also charged me for a recheck exam. Which ended up being 57 dollars. However, there was no reason for a recheck on at least one of my kittens. Honestly, I don’t think either needed a recheck but one did need his anal glands expressed. I don’t think that’s constitutes a recheck but maybe I’m wrong. To be clear I had no issues paying for the vaccines or anal gland expression. Even the exam on the kitten with anal gland expression could possibly be justified because the vet did do his expression. However, vaccines can be done by a tech so why would a recheck be necessary for a vaccine? Also when I called I stated I only needed the vaccines nothing was mentioned of a recheck by myself or the person on the phone. If my kittens were still having issues and needed to be rechecked by the vet or had not already had their yearly exam I would have understood the recheck/yearly exam fee.

Dr. Morey is an excellent veterinarian. She is thorough and seems to truly care for her patients. The staff are kind and efficient. The office is very easy to communicate with. The ability to text has been a game changer since my dog is high maintenance. They are also very accommodating and will squeeze my boy in if needed. Highly recommend.

We needed to get our dog in for an emergency. Our regular vet couldn't get us in. WTAH got us in immediately on Friday. The entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable, caring and comforting. We found a new vet!!!!
