I am incredibly disappointed with Edmond East Animal Hospital. Honestly, I truly feel that they are just in it for the money. Instead of actively trying to solve my pet's health issue, they seem to rely on "half-treatments" that only temporarily manage the problem. It feels like a deliberate strategy to ensure we have to keep coming back for endless follow-up visits. There is never a clear end game or a permanent solution offered, just a revolving door of appointments. I am not happy at all with this approach to veterinary care and will be looking for a clinic that actually prioritizes curing animals over recurring revenue.

Disappointed in the pricing and overall just help provided here. I was already taking my puppy in for his weight/preventative pill. I asked them to look at my puppy’s eye, and they charged me $80 for a 30 second check on his eye that had discharge. All to say “he’s fine”. Nothing was done out of the kindness of their hearts, they just wanted our money. I should have known from previous reviews on their pricing being a bit steep. When I called this morning the lady insisted I bring him in ASAP, versus saying something like “oh give it a day or 2 to see if it clears up”. To her, it was some sort of eagerness to get him in, now. Then again, spent a minute with my dog to say he’s healthy and charge me $80. Just uncalled for…. Will be changing vets, we feel taken advantage of.

This wasn’t even our personal vet, but we had recently moved out near them, and then when we had an accident with our dog, they were so helpful and kind. Excellent care, communication, and follow up. They even made sure we got discounts we could. Sent us a kind letter after our dog passed even though we hadn’t even been a regular customer yet. Cared for my wife and daughter asking about them even when they weren’t there. Truly a great place.

We started off with just 2 dogs and 2 cats, but Dr. Vasquez now takes care of 7 of my fur babies – that's 2 dogs and 5 cats! She's always so patient and gentle with them, even the feral female! I've trusted her with my babies for years now, since they first started opening doors, and I've added more furry friends to her care over the years. I'm so grateful for her and the amazing front office staff! Darla always gives my babies so much attention. Thank you all – you’re truly the best! 🫶🏼
