You know I can understand not giving medical advice over the phone but when you call and ask if there is a medication for a certain situation, you should be able to say yes or no there’s a medication that is known to treat that or is known to take care of that. You’re not giving me medical advice for that particular animal. I’m not gonna bring my animal in there for you to charge me just so you can tell me if there’s a certain medication on the market or not.
