Dr. Williams and crew were just simply incredible. They were super caring, explained everything in detail. Dr. Williams helped me navigate my concerns/worries, gave me all of the options and conveyed the financial implications prior to starting treatment. Most importantly they took INCREDIBLE care of my best Homie Archer. We super appreciate the Good Shepherd team, you guys are doing incredible work and will get my forever recommendation and five star review.

This is honestly a sad review. They missed too much on the initial exam. Broken jaw, ring worm. I also found it weird they examine and do everything in the back. Staff talking to each other instead of checking people out. Idk the point of telling a lab tech something if it isn't relayed to the dr. Idk it was too much going on. Also they called me and had the wrong gender. Super nice people though, just all over the place & inconsistently.

My fur baby passed away suddenly and they were so kind and caring in the process to bring him in for cremation. On such a hard day, they made it as easy as possible for me.
